Maiden Voyage

After...ahem...a few encouragements from friends and family, I am surrendering to peer pressure and starting a blog. Gasp! Yet another thing to maintain...although secretly (and now not so secretly) I'm quite flattered that people are interested in the daily goings-on of my life, my projects, etc. We'll see if I actually garner a following!
